As an die hard NFL fan, doing that Sunday ritual of all NFL fans? Watching the Miami Dolphins and New York Giants game. Not really paying attention to which field they are playing on, I did noticed that field looked dirty and not of what the Dolphins pristine field looks like or the Giants well groomed field at the start of a game. I login to my NFL online to see where the game was being played and to my surprise it was "Wembley, England". As a writer and advocate for stopping the outsource of America's jobs, I had to research to see what the triggering effects of such an event would do on the revenue, these two city's lost because the NFL took this game outside of the United States. Considering that this would have been a home game for one of these two teams, the triggering effects of this event revenue lost for these two cities and jobs for that Sunday game. A Miami Dolphins home game generates an average estimated revenue of $145,000,000 for the stadium seating alone. Another $1,500,000 for vendor's products such as food and souvenirs. Another $1,300,000 for parking and shuttle service to and from the stadium.
Then you have the local business in and around the Miami-Dade area that generate revenue from a home game, that lost big with a game being played in London on Sunday. Our NFL teams shouldn't be playing outside of the United States. If London or any other country wants to pursue starting a Foot Ball league and then schedule playing against our teams I am all for it, but for our NFL franchise to take revenue away from the citizens of The United States to play in London is appalling and fans of the NFL should not support such action. When fans support these action, we support taking revenue away from the American people, and corporate America has taken enough revenue from the American people as it is by outsourcing jobs to third world countries where they pay pennies on the dollar to have product manufacture. Fans must demand a stop to this idea before it starts, or all the NFL game will be played outside of the US. Remember the owners of these teams lose nothing. It's the fans and the teams home playing field that loses.
